Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She earned her Pro Card only one year later and was 17. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals each year. In 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and returned with a sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. One way to achieve this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
